The bottom base of the stand is 30CM (12")

There is no Mirror finish on the top plate and base is clear acrylic , not mirror.

The srand is commercial grade sturdy 5mm thick food grade clear Acrylic base structure that requires minimal assembly of screws into the top and bottom plate to attach to the solid e central rod supports.
